Waterproof Case | CKH-NWE001 [expected retail price: 3,000 yen or USD$27]
The CKH-NWE001 provides protection against water and dust. Basic operations except for HOLD switch are possible while unit is encased.
Armband Case | CKA-NWS1 [expected retail price: 2,000 yen or USD$18]
This adjustable armband is also compatible for use with the NW-A600/E500/E400 series.
Silicon Case | CKM-NWE001 [expected retail price: 2,000 yen or USD$18]
The CKM-NWE001 provides overall protection for the E00x series. All basic operations including access to its USB port are possible while unit is encased.
USB Caps with Back Clip | CLP-NWE001 [expected retail price: 1,800 yen or USD$16]
Available in white, silver and black
Neck Straps | STP-NWN1 (B/V) [expected retail price: 2,000 yen or USD$18]
Available in two series – 1) Violet/Silver/Pink (B) and 2) Black/Blue/Lime Green (V). Length: approx. 1m

About time they realeased a neck strap its a great player, it was a shame that it didnt ship with one as it is more or less essential. when are these coming to the uk?
Just want to mention that the silver model of the E005 that starts off this thread is a special edition model available only in Japan via the online Sony store.
Sony had a special edition last Christmas of the same color and from pictures of people who received them, they look quite nice.
Nice! If only Sony would release some of these accessories (and these updated flash players) in the US, I could finally get good accessories for my NW-E507.
Couldn’t agree more with Pete Halford. Sony should go back to including essential accessories with their products. Not including a neckstrap/lanyard is just petty.
Sony have plans to released different types of bluetooth earphones later this year. This must mean a new DAP with bluetooth!!!! NO WIRES - FINALLY.
